Deposit & Withdraw
Move funds in and out of your Polygon trading wallet.
Overview
Doji uses pUSD (Polymarket USD) on Polygon for trading. Your balance shows in the header after you set up your wallet. A built-in bridge moves funds between other chains and your Polygon wallet. The bridge converts deposits into pUSD automatically.
Quick Access
- Header buttons — Click Deposit or Withdraw in the app header to open the bridge modal.
- Onboarding — The "Fund your wallet" step opens the deposit flow automatically.
Deposits
- Click Deposit in the header (or during onboarding).
- Choose a source chain and asset.
- Copy the deposit address shown and send supported assets to it.
- Wait for the bridge to process — most deposits complete within minutes.
Your header balance updates when funds arrive.
Some chains enforce a minimum deposit in USD. The bridge UI shows minimums when they apply.
Withdrawals
- Click Withdraw in the header.
- Choose a destination chain and token.
- Enter a recipient address and amount.
- Review the quote (fees and estimated output).
- Follow the on-screen steps to confirm.
Fees and settlement time vary by network. The UI shows a breakdown before you confirm.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to Do |
|---|---|
| Deposit not arriving | Leave the tab open — most deposits complete within minutes. Check that you sent a supported asset to the correct deposit address. |
| Withdrawal failed | Try a smaller amount — bridge liquidity pools can be temporarily exhausted. Wait a few minutes and retry. |
| Below minimum deposit | Check the minimum shown in the bridge UI (typically $2–$9 depending on chain). |
Large withdrawals (over $50,000) may benefit from splitting into smaller amounts. If issues persist, see Common Issues.
